School Improvement Plan

School self-evaluation is the annual process by which members of the school community, ( governors, teachers, parents, and children), reflect on their practice and identify areas of strength, and areas for action, to stimulate improvement in pupil and professional learning. This is in order to ensure the school offers the best possible education for the children in its care. Following this a School Improvement Plan or SIP, is written.

A variety of internal information and performance data is used, in addition to the latest OFSTED report. Parent and pupil feedback is also central to the self-evaluation. Over the forthcoming year staff will be working hard to ensure they deliver all targets identified on the SIP.
