Morris Dancing in Year 4

  Last Tuesday Year 4 learnt about the toys used in the Victorian Times. They then learnt a Morris dance and then used the May Pole.

Owls visit Christ Church

On Monday, we were lucky to have five owls visit the school.  The children learnt about the different owls and watched them fly.

Year 3 Roman Day

Year 3 have enjoyed a fantastic Roman Day where they spent the morning making Roman mosaics, paintings, pottery, candles, bath oils and writing on papyrus paper. Visitors to our Assembly from Aldenham Country Park

Today we had visitors from Aldenham Country Park to talk to us about the chicken eggs that we will be incubating in the bungalow.  We will keep you updated with their progress .

Visit by Bishop Rob!

  This morning Bishop Rob, the Bishop of Edmonton visited our school. He led our assembly, talking about George Cadbury and his Christian faith and including some chocolate tasting! He then went around the school visiting the classes and talking to the children.

World Book Day 2018

Pollution Solution Workshop

  Today Year 5 had visitors who taught us all about pollution and what we can do to make the Earth less polluted in years to come. We took part in a drama quiz show and got to get involved in lots of role-play. It was great fun as you can see from the pictures.

Year 3 Second Hand Book Sale

As one of their Acts of Kindness and to show our school value Service, Year 3 held a second hand book sale. The children made posters to advertise their book sale, sorted the donations, made up pricing for the books and thought in groups about how to display their books on their stalls.  The children …
