Trip to St Alban’s Cathedral

We are enjoying our visit to St Alban’s Cathedral. This morning we went on a Monastic trail and spent a day in the life of a Monk. This afternoon we are having an Illuminated Lettering workshop. It’s been a fantastic day with some excellent learning taking place.

Breakfast. Day 2

We have had toast, cereal and yoghurts followed by a cooked breakfast……very filling! Now to begin our day two activities.

First Day…

Here are a few pictures from today. We have had fun going on a treasure hunt, competing in the bungee run, shooting arrows in archery and climbing a coconut tree. We are currently learning about orienteering before dinner in preparation for our night walk this evening.

Tolmers

Year Four are very excited about our school visit to Tolmers tomorrow. There will be lots of fantastic learning taking place with the added bonus of being lots of fun.
